Tockington Manor School Open Days are more than just an opportunity to visit and see our school. We are about so much more than what you see – it is what you feel the minute you walk through our Manor House front door which will convince you we are the right choice for your child.
From the specialist, nurturing teachers to our polite, happy pupils, a few hours with us will give you a taste of our Tockington magic – described by one of our teachers as ‘an invisible embrace’. Along with our pupils, we have a secure, confident future and we invite you to come and grow with us! What Happens on a Tockington Manor School Open Day?
At Tockington, we do things a little differently – especially when it comes to Open Days. Like the education we provide, it is focused on the individual and you will have a dedicated one-hour slot to take a tour of our School and Nursery with one of our Year 7 or 8 pupils. Our Open Days will give you a true feeling of what happens here on a daily basis – from learning in classrooms to hands-on discovery outdoors, games and music lessons to ICT demonstrations and Drama practice, you will get a good understanding of what we offer. You will also have the opportunity to chat one-to-one with our Headmaster about your child and how we could be the best choice for your family’s education needs.

Arrive
Arrive on the day at your allocated time slot, leaving plenty of time to explore our lovely village as your drive through.

Enjoy a guided tour of the School and Nursery (where relevant) with your allocated Year 7 / 8 pupil.
