Tockington Manor School Fees

We aim to make our fees as transparent as possible by including as much as we can in the single termly cost. Listed below are the items included in our fees that other schools may charge as additional costs. Please scroll down for Fee Schedule downloads.

Our fees include

Tuition (except where stated under optional extras).
All meals.
Complete wraparound care for Reception – Year 8 from 7.45am – 6.30pm (Monday to Friday) including breakfast, lunch and an evening meal.
All games kit laundry from Year 3 – Year 8.
Non-residential academic excursions (excluding Activity Week excursions).
All visiting authors, artists and speakers.
Examinations and general assessments.
Teacher-led clubs and activities.
20% VAT

Our fees exclude

Fees for external exams
Year 6, Year 7 and Year 8 camps (billed by termly instalment)
Some after-school clubs (e.g. Archery, horse-riding, LAMDA, dance classes etc)
Personal Google Chrome Devices – from Year 5
Uniform and Sports Kit
Holiday Clubs: we run Activity Camps and our TreeTop Holiday Club outside of term time both for TMS pupils and those who do not attend the school. Please find out more about upcoming clubs, booking information and fees here.

Tockington Manor Nursery Fees

Our Nursery fees are calculated based on the number of sessions and use of our wraparound care facilities. They reflect the extensive facilities on offer to our Owls (4+) and Woodpeckers (2-3), including the swimming pool, music suite, hall and outdoor space galore – not to mention specialist teachers from the school.

Session Times

Full Day (including lunch and activity): 8.30 – 16.30
Morning Only (including lunch, available to Woodpecker 1s only): 8.30 – 13.30
Extended Day (including breakfast, lunch, activity and tea) 7.30 – 18.00

Optional Extras for busy families

After Care, including tea: 16.30 – 18.00
Early Care, including breakfast: 7.30 – 8.30

Minimum Sessions

Woodpecker 1: Children two years of age between September 2024 and August 2025 may attend a minimum of two mornings including lunch (8.30-1.30).
Wood[pecker 2: Children three years of age between September 2024 and August 2025 are asked to attend a minimum of two full days a week (08.30-4.30).
Owls: Children in Owls class should attend a minimum of three full days a week (08.30-4.30).

Nursery Fee Terms

Our fees include lunch, afternoon snacks and the specialist activities listed below
Fees are payable monthly in advance and we do accept childcare voucher and tax free childcare payments for the Nursery.
In the term following their 3^rd birthday your child becomes eligible for the UK 15 hour per week Universal government grant. Please ask about this on your visit.
The Nursery is open all year except bank holidays, between Christmas and New Year and some inset days. We are also open during school holidays when we operate a Foundation Stage Holiday Club. Read more about this here.
We do not offer nursery-only places. Children who attend our Nursery pay a commitment fee when they join to move up into Tockington Manor School in the September they turn 5. This guarantees them a place in our Reception classes.
