Join us for mince pies, a warm drink and the chance to experience the family-friendly feel of our School. Chat to teachers during a group tour of our classrooms and grounds, and discover how we could be the right fit for you and your child as they start their school journey.

What Can You Expect at the Open Morning?
Your child’s Reception year is the crucial first step in their school experience. At Tockington, we want to instill a love of learning right from the get-go and our curriculum inspires this. At the Festive Open Morning, you will have a chance to see our small Reception classes in action, where children are encouraged to grow in confidence and independent thought, through carefully planned activities that fully utilise the school’s facilities. You will have the opportunity to:
- Explore our Reception and Pre-Prep classrooms
- Chat informally with teachers and the Head
- Experience our nurturing, family-focused environment
- Enjoy seasonal treats and a festive welcome
Our Open Morning will give you a true feeling of what happens here on a daily basis – from learning in classrooms to hands-on discovery outdoors, games and music lessons to early computer use and practicing for nativities, you will get a good understanding of what we offer and how your child could thrive with us.
